The holder of this certificate binds himself to the under noted conditions:

1. |
The RCMC holder bind himself to pay annual subscription fees falling due on 1st of April of each financial year, as per the slab rates based on export performance (including deemed export) in the preceeding year |

2. |
He shall furnish without fail monthly returns of exports including nil return to the Council by 15th day of the month following the reporting month. |

3. |
He shall abide by the terms of the registration certificate granted to him on all their exports. |
|
4. |
He shall agree to abide by any code of conduct that may be prescribed. |
|
5. |
He shall agree to abide by export floor price condition that may be stipulated by the Registering Authority. |
|
6. |
In case of change in ownership, constitution, name or address of an exporter, it shall be obligatory on his part to intimate such changes to this Council within a period of one month from the date of such change. |
